  • All items are shipped via tracked delivery for the benefit of both the customer and the retailer.

  • Standard shipping times:

    • International: 7–21 business days (may vary depending on destination and customs)


3. Tracking

  • Every order is provided with a tracking number.

  • You can track your order using the link sent in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Tracking ensures transparency and helps resolve any delivery issues quickly.


4. Shipping Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

  • Cúpla Designs is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs for international orders.

  • If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, return shipping costs may apply.


5. Lost or Damaged Items

  • We take care to pack items securely, but we cannot be held responsible for items damaged during transit by postal services.

  • For items damaged before dispatch, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.


6. International Shipping

  • Customs, duties, or taxes may be charged by the destination country.

  • Customers are responsible for paying any additional fees required by their country.
