Refund policy

1. Returns for Damaged Items

  • Goods can only be returned if they are damaged when received.

  • Postal damage is not eligible for a return.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

2. Returns for Size / Preference

  • If the item does not fit or is not to your preference, it can be returned.

  • We may not be able to offer an exchange, but a full refund will be issued.

3. How to Return an Item

  • Email us at cuplas.design@gmail.com to request a return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at purchase.

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive the item for the refund to appear in your account through Shopify.

5. Notes

  • Items must be returned in original condition.

  • We cannot accept returns for damaged postal items or items outside the 14-day return window.
