Refund policy
1. Returns for Damaged Items

Goods can only be returned if they are damaged when received.

Postal damage is not eligible for a return.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
2. Returns for Size / Preference

If the item does not fit or is not to your preference, it can be returned.

We may not be able to offer an exchange, but a full refund will be issued.
3. How to Return an Item

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refunds

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at purchase.

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive the item for the refund to appear in your account through Shopify.

Items must be returned in original condition.

We cannot accept returns for damaged postal items or items outside the 14-day return window.
